Returns & Refunds Policy

At Kezia Note, we value your satisfaction and aim to deliver quality products with reliable service. This Returns & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns are accepted and refunds are processed.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery

  • You contact us within 5 days of receiving the item

  • The item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes all tags, manuals, and accessories

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Products returned after more than 5 days of delivery

  • Custom-made or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)

3. Return Process

To request a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable)

  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions

  3. Once the return is approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide a return address (depending on your location)

4. Refund Process

Since we operate on cash on delivery, refunds are processed as follows:

  • If you paid at the time of delivery and your return is approved, you may choose from:

    • A full refund via bank transfer (you’ll be asked to share your bank details securely)

    • A replacement item if the same product is in stock

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

5. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. 

6. Cancellation Policy
